How do I connect my Discord server to Tierly?
After creating your account, navigate to the Settings page and click "Connect Discord Server." You'll be prompted to authorize Tierly with the necessary permissions. Make sure you have administrator access to the Discord server you want to connect.
What payment methods do you support?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners, and we never store your full payment information on our servers.
How are Discord roles automatically assigned?
When a subscriber purchases a tier, Tierly automatically assigns the corresponding Discord role you've configured. If they cancel or their payment fails, the role is automatically removed. This happens in real-time with no manual work required.
What are transaction fees?
Transaction fees vary by plan: Starter (5%), Pro (3%), and Enterprise (1%). These fees cover payment processing and platform costs. Your plan fee is separate and billed monthly.
Can I customize my subscription page?
Yes! Pro and Enterprise plans include custom branding options. You can add your logo, choose colors, and customize the layout of your subscription page to match your brand identity.
How do I handle refunds?
You can issue refunds directly from your dashboard. Navigate to the subscriber's profile, click "Issue Refund," and select the amount. The Discord role will be automatically removed, and the subscriber will be notified.
What happens if a payment fails?
If a subscriber's payment fails, we automatically attempt to retry the payment over several days. If all attempts fail, the subscription is cancelled and the Discord role is removed. The subscriber receives email notifications throughout this process.
Can I export my subscriber data?
Yes, you can export your subscriber list, transaction history, and analytics data at any time from your dashboard. Data is provided in CSV format for easy import into other tools.
